Tattoo shops and service dogs PDX

I'm currently trying to decide where I'm going to get my medical alert tattoo (in Portland, Oregon), and one of my criteria is that I'm not going to give business to someplace that thinks they can deny service dog access due to "sterile environment" (like an operating room) because they don't have the level of sterility required for a clean service dog to be a fundamental alteration of their business. Rather than fighting about it with a place, I'm just emailing one shop after another until I find a quality place that understands properly where they fall under the ADA. As of now I've emailed two and gotten a response back from one, "Adorn" that said they don't allow service dogs.

Have you ever systematically asked around for a certain kind of business until you find one with their service dog policies properly in line with the law? Have you ever gotten a tattoo with a service dog? How about one without one? Really, discuss anything loosely related below.
